Description du poste

Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The quantum computer we envision is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. Cat qubits have the ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously. We are at the forefront of the quantum race and are growing fast after securing €100 million of funding in 2025. Currently 100+ people and counting, including physicists, PhD students, engineers and experienced business professionals, are united to reach our ambitious goal. Are you a quantum pioneer? Join us on a mission to reshape the future!

Role

As a Program Manager, you will coordinate the design, fabrication, integration, tests and validation of all aspects of our cutting-edge quantum computers. This could include chip design, cryostat integration, software or firmware development coordination, assembly, supplier management, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Design Coordination: Facilitate the design phase, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners, with a focus on facilitating design trade-offs.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Help drive the team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute a comprehensive validation plan for the entire system, ensuring all components function as required.
  • Supply and Assembly: Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage sourcing, fabrication and assembly of hardware components.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Oversee the documentation of the hardware system to ensure processes, designs, and tests are adequately recorded.
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in delivering complex hardware products with strong integration challenges.
  • Strong background in project management, particularly in hardware systems integration.
  • Experience with Radio Frequency, Mechanical, Firmware and fabrication is highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, physicists, and hardware suppliers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining thorough documentation of designs, testing, and processes.
Benefits:
  • 25-day vacation policy (as per French law) + RTT
  • Partial transportation cost coverage (as per French law), or yearly allowance for bike enthusiasts
