Le candidat idéal dirigera des projets stratégiques de prix et d'accès au marché, travaillant directement avec des clients pharmaceutiques pour offrir des recommandations percutantes. Qualifications

  • 4–5 ans d'expérience en consulting avec une spécialisation dans les sciences de la vie.
  • Expérience dans une grande société de conseil souhaitable.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer des relations clients.

Responsabilités

  • Diriger des projets de prix et d'accès au marché pour des clients pharmaceutiques et biopharmaceutiques.
  • Servir de principal point de contact pour les clients.
  • Encadrer et guider les membres juniors de l'équipe.

Position Title : Project Manager – Life Sciences Pricing & Market Access

Our client is a leading global consultancy specializing in commercial strategy, pricing, and revenue growth management. With over 2,000 professionals operating in more than 30 countries, the firm is widely recognized for its deep expertise in pricing and market access. Their Life Sciences practice works with top pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies to maximize the value of medical innovations by navigating complex healthcare systems. The team provides end-to-end support across pricing, market access, and value communication strategy.

Role Overview :

As a Project Manager within the Life Sciences team, you will lead the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements focused on pricing, market access, and value strategy. This client-facing role involves managing cross-functional teams, guiding project execution, and contributing to business development activities. You will work closely with global pharmaceutical clients, helping shape strategy and deliver actionable insights in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage pricing and market access projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure delivery of high-quality, strategic outputs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring collaborative and efficient project execution.
  • Support business development initiatives including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Apply proprietary tools and frameworks to develop robust pricing and value communication strategies.

Qualifications :

  • 4–5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on pricing and market access within the life sciences / pharmaceutical sector.
  • Previous experience at a leading consultancy or direct competitor is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams.
  • Deep knowledge of pricing, market access, and value communication strategy.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver strategic recommendations under tight deadlines.
