YOUR MISSION

At Eligo Bioscience, we are passionate about developing new drugs to address unmet medical needs. We seek a high-performing, enthusiastic Project Manager to support the coordination and operational excellence of our flagship development program in moderate-to-severe acne. Working closely with leadership and project teams, you will contribute to progressing this program to the first-in-man study on time, within scope, and on budget, while navigating scientific, regulatory, and operational complexities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination

  • Develop project plans and budgets, track execution, and proactively manage risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
  • Monitor budget use and internal resource allocation.
  • Support operational execution and help maintain momentum and strategic focus.

Cross-functional Team Coordination

  • Facilitate team meetings, decision-making, and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Track critical dependencies such as GMP material delivery before the first-in-human study.
  • Support interactions with external partners, including CROs and pharma partners.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  • Provide timely, accurate project status updates to internal stakeholders, including the executive team and governance board.
  • Prepare documentation and support decision-making with data and risk assessments.
  • Contribute to grant applications, funding efforts, and due diligence processes.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

  • Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience in early drug development processes (discovery to clinical).
  • Experience or qualifications in microbiology and ATMP are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work under pressure, think independently, and learn actively.
