A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.

- Budget Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related issues.
- Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders, including clients, upper management, and project team members.
- Conduct regular project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
- Handle any arising issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure construction projects meet the highest standards of quality.
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor project team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Allocate resources effectively, managing project teams and subcontractors.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, status, and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
