A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

Description du poste

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related issues.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and any changes to stakeholders, including clients, upper management, and project team members.
    • Conduct regular project meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies where necessary.
  • Handle any arising issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure construction projects meet the highest standards of quality.
    • Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor project team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Allocate resources effectively, managing project teams and subcontractors.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, status, and performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
