Essential Responsibilities

• Serve as the factory focal point for Sales, Product Management, and ITT Business Units for coordinating technical queries, pricing, and delivery times of ITT products through Saudi operations.
• Lead interactions with ITT Business Units to ensure proper technical and commercial intercompany quotes during the quotation process.
• Prepare and maintain costing sheets; coordinate for senior management approval on special requirements.
• Manage system enrollment and analyze costing levels for PSF inquiries until approval is granted.
• Provide commercial support during the quotation stage, including review and negotiation of Terms & Conditions until Customer PO is obtained.
• Conduct initial review and reconciliation of Contracts/POs before order entry.
• Support project management post-award in margin analysis, sales and intercompany reconciliations, and change order generation.
• Assist with localization programs and internal projects as assigned.
• Coordinate registration processes in strategic customer systems and prepare for audits.
• Perform additional project management duties as assigned by management.
