This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished Project Manager with expertise in Life Sciences and Cell & Gene therapy to join a dynamic organization where your strategic impact will be immediately felt. You will work directly with the CSO and founding partners, driving excellence across functions from CRO management to preclinical development and fundraising strategy.

This remote-first role is open to candidates across France and potentially the UK, offering a competitive compensation package reflecting your experience. Key Responsibilities

• Drive breakthrough project success through strategic planning, proactive risk mitigation, and seamless orchestration of internal teams and external partnerships to accelerate therapeutic innovation.
• Architect and optimize project roadmaps, budgets, and timelines that balance scientific ambition with commercial viability, ensuring milestones propel us toward market impact.
• Navigate project challenges with agility and innovation, rapidly identifying solutions and course corrections to keep therapeutics on track for patient delivery.
• Lead strategic CRO partnerships and vendor ecosystems, leveraging intelligence to select top-tier partners while maximizing value and development speed.
• Facilitate high-impact team dynamics and decision-making, transforming meetings into collaboration engines that generate clear action plans and insights.
• Champion transparent project communication and strategic storytelling, delivering updates and data-driven recommendations to empower leadership.
• Partner directly with Scientific Director and Project Lead as a trusted strategic advisor, fostering cross-functional alignment to amplify scientific and commercial potential.

Your Skillset

• Hands-on experience driving drug discovery innovation in fast-paced industrial environments where science meets business impact.
• Deep understanding of drug discovery ecosystems, from early research to preclinical validation.
• Cell and gene therapy experience is highly valued — join us in shaping precision medicine’s future.
• Oncology and immunology expertise preferred — help tackle major medical challenges.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects where scientific ambition meets execution excellence.
• MSc minimum in biochemistry, immunology, virology, or related fields — bring your scientific foundation to entrepreneurial impact.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams/Excel/PowerPoint and project management tools (Gantt charts). PMP certification is a plus for leadership roles.
• Exceptional communication skills to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and translate complex science into compelling narratives.
