RAW Resourcing is seeking an experienced Ship Repair Manager (Chef de Projet) in Marseille to oversee repair, refit and drydocking projects from contract award to completion. You will be the main client contact, coordinating production, engineering, procurement and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in ship repair or related marine projects, strong leadership and cross-functional coordination, and a solid grasp of shipyard operations and budget

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within ship repair, drydock, shipbuilding or complex marine/offshore projects.
• Strong project management experience within a technical or operational environment.
• Good knowledge of shipyard operations and vessel repair methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, costs and profitability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsabilités

A leading ship repair organisation is seeking an experienced Ship Repair Manager / Chef de Projet to oversee the successful delivery of repair, refit and drydocking projects in Marseille.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in ship repair and project management, looking to take ownership of complex vessel projects from arrival through to completion and redelivery.
