Une entreprise engagée dans la transition énergétique recherche un Project Manager pour gérer des projets de construction photovoltaïque. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie et au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires. Ce poste implique la coordination de différentes phases de projet, de l'étude à l'exploitation, tout en maintenant de bonnes relations avec les parties prenantes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires.
  • Connaissance solide du marché de l'énergie.
  • Expérience prouvée en gestion de projets de construction.

Responsabilités

  • Coordination avec le bureau d'études pour l'analyse du potentiel photovoltaïque.
  • Supervision des prestataires externes durant la phase de construction.
  • Assurer la conformité QHSE/coût/délai pendant la phase de construction.

Greenvolt Next France is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of his/her project(s), ensuring the achievement of contractual objectives while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.

Key accountabilities

Study Phase (pre and post-sales):

  • Coordination with the Design Office to ensure accurate analysis of photovoltaic potential and relevant technical solution proposals,
  • Supervision of external service providers (architects, topographical surveys, soil studies, utility detection, asbestos diagnostics, etc.) in coordination with the Design Office, Procurement, and Site Manager.

Development Phase:

  • Initiating, negotiating, and obtaining urban planning permits in collaboration with urban planning services, architects, and the DREAL (Regional Directorate for the Environment, Planning and Housing),
  • Monitoring all procedures related to grid connection: liaising with distribution network operators, project teams, and the Design Office (particularly to secure the feed-in tariff or self-consumption premium in accordance with the current tariff decree),
  • Understanding and implementing contractual and legal conditions (contracts, lease options, etc.),
  • Coordinating the preparation of applications for feed-in tariff contracts or additional remuneration based on the project type, in collaboration with the Design Office,
  • Developing the detailed project schedule in coordination with stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, etc.).

Construction Phase:

  • Acting as the project owner representative for construction projects,
  • Supervising and/or drafting specifications and consultation documents (DCE), including back-to-back clauses from the client contract to be included in supplier specifications,
  • Selecting suppliers for the construction and operation of photovoltaic plants,
  • Ensuring QHSE/Cost/Deadline compliance during the construction phase, up to commissioning and grid connection, always keeping budget compliance (CAPEX tracking) and schedule in mind,
  • Coordinating with the building owners' technical teams, construction suppliers (Design Office, Project Managers, Roofers, Electricians, Equipment Distributors, etc.), control bodies (Inspection Agencies, Fire Department, Safety Coordinators, etc.),
  • Organizing the commissioning of the plant.

Operation Phase:

  • Organizing the operational phase until the final contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Solid knowledge of the energy market
  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Demonstrated positive leadership and agility
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
