Job Responsibilities

1. Play a key role in supervising the Execution SGS/TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.
2. Lead the team of Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Ensure consistency of completed projects with the designs received from the Design Team.
4. Ensure proper handover of information to the MO Team responsible for operations.
5. Develop and maintain a detailed projects portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
6. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, customer support) for project alignment and successful execution.
7. Identify, mitigate risks, and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
8. Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
9. Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
10. Track and monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, and advise on deviations with corrective plans.
11. Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
12. Foster a collaborative, positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

Recommended Profile

• Master's Degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role managing complex projects.
• Experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Experience coordinating work groups and resources.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with water treatment technologies, including design, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate teams, and work with diverse stakeholders.
• Synthesis and pragmatic approach.
• Agile mindset for multidisciplinary topics.

Context / Environment

• Report to the Central Engineering Manager within the Sustainable Growth Organization.
• Coordinate activities of Project Managers dedicated to executing SGS/TWM solutions, reporting to the jobholder.
• Ensure proper workload distribution and periodic communication of project performance to both external (customers) and internal (management).
• Monitor team performance, highlighting needs and risks to senior management.
• Home-based in Spain.
• Preferably familiar with water treatment and wastewater technologies (Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, DAF, flocculation, biological treatment).
• Experience with plant operation & maintenance is desirable.
• Familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, general arrangements, datasheets, troubleshooting).
• Track project KPIs periodically to ensure financial performance aligns with team goals, and update senior management accordingly.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS Projects or equivalent).
• Awareness of safety and environmental legislation in Europe, including CE certification requirements.
