Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Execution SGS / TWM Projects Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective resource management.
• Lead Project Managers to ensure project completion on time, within scope, and budget.
• Ensure project outputs align with design specifications received from the Design Team.
• Coordinate handover of information to the MO Team responsible for operations.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project portfolio master plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support for project success.
• Identify, mitigate risks, and resolve issues during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices across all projects.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to KPIs, and advise on necessary corrective actions.
• Determine critical requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Promote a collaborative, positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Recommended Profile

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role managing complex projects.
• Experience in managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with water treatment technologies, including Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Start-up phases.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability to motivate teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Synthesis and pragmatic approach with an agile mindset for multidisciplinary topics.

Context / Environment

• Report functionally to the Central Engineering Manager within the Sustainable Grow Organization.
• Coordinate activities of Project Managers dedicated to SGS / TWM solutions for customers.
• Manage workload distribution and project performance communication internally and externally.
• Monitor team performance, highlight risks, and ensure alignment with goals and KPIs.
• This position is home-based in Spain.
• Preferably familiar with water treatment process technologies such as Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, MBR, and wastewater technologies.
• Experience with plant operation and maintenance is advantageous.
• Familiar with engineering drawings (P&ID, mass balance, etc.).
• Track project KPIs and update senior management regularly.
• Proficient in project management tools like MS Project or equivalent.
• Awareness of safety and environmental legislation in Europe and CE certification requirements.
