Job Title: Project Manager - Arnage Site

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Arnage site. The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the project, from order transmission to completion and delivery. The successful candidate will then transition the project to the after-sales service department. Project success will be measured by safety during execution, customer satisfaction, meeting contractual requirements, and site profitability.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assume full responsibility for the financial performance of the project and report information to management.
  2. Serve as the single point of contact with customers for strategic Flowserve contracts under your responsibility.
  3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, even in challenging situations.
  4. Use industry best practices and Flowserve processes to ensure project finance, documentation, risk management, and schedule management meet key KPIs.
  5. Identify potential project risks, evaluate them, and initiate corrective actions.
  6. Execute the project safely, efficiently, and on time, in accordance with the contract and specifications.
  7. Develop and lead the project team, ensuring adequate resources and skills are assigned.
  8. Understand contractual positions, requirements, and technical specifications, and seek opportunities to reduce costs.
  9. Manage changes to project scope and negotiate customer-induced changes per Flowserve processes and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Higher education (Bac +5) in industrial or mechanical engineering, with PMI certification or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of significant experience in project management interfacing with key accounts in the nuclear market.
  3. Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electro-mechanics, with experience in nuclear contracts.
  4. Familiarity with the execution of nuclear projects.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Project, document control, and risk management software.
  6. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English and French.
  8. Ability to work independently to design and implement business processes.
