Project Management Officer - European Roll-Out
Starting with 4 Months in Amsterdam
£100,000+ + Full Travel Package
London HQ + Ongoing European Travel

We are representing a growing fit-out contractor delivering a high-profile, multi-country roll-out for a major global client. With projects due to launch across Amsterdam, Paris, Milan and Madrid, they are now seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead coordination and ensure consistent delivery across all European sites.

This is a key strategic appointment. You will initially be based in Amsterdam for four months, working closely with internal teams, local consultants and client stakeholders. Following that, you will take on a programme-wide role, supporting delivery teams across the continent and ensuring that timelines, budgets and quality standards are upheld throughout.

The ideal candidate will come from a leading consultancy environment (such as Gardiner & Theobald, AECOM, Arcadis, etc.) and bring experience managing complex, multi-site fit-out projects with blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as central point of contact between the client, delivery teams and external consultants

  • Oversee project governance, programme coordination and stakeholder reporting

  • Ensure alignment across all sites on design, cost, scope and timelines

  • Monitor project risk, progress and commercial tracking from pre-construction through to handover

  • Provide hands-on support on site where required, particularly during key delivery phases

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out or roll-out projects

  • Background in a recognised consultancy with exposure to international work

  • Strong project governance, reporting and communication skills

  • Able to work independently across multiple geographies

  • Willing and able to travel frequently, starting with a full-time base in Amsterdam
