Le poste est axé sur la gestion de la certification, la communication avec les parties prenantes et l'amélioration continue des processus liés aux normes de conformité. Ce rôle exige une expertise en certification dans le domaine offshore et de solides compétences en gestion de projet.

• Connaissance des exigences liées au Green Passport.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
• Capacité à travailler avec des sociétés de classification.

• Coordonner et aider aux activités de certification en lien avec le Green Passport EU.
• Aider le responsable de certification à gérer les interactions avec les sociétés de classification.
• Assurer un suivi et une mise à jour des documents de certification.

Description du poste

To coordinate and support all activities related to obtaining the Green Passport EU notation from the class society, in collaboration with a designated service company, and to assist the Class and Certification Leader in third-party follow-up and certification processes as defined in the project documentation (such as classification and certification plan AO-400-10-SA00-090003).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Green Passport EU Notation :

• Support placing the subcontract with the service company by preparing the scope of work in accordance with NR528, leading the technical meetings with Bidders for clarification and issuing the TBE.
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of the Green Passport EU dossier in compliance with class society requirements.
• Liaise with the service company responsible for compiling the documentation.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of all required inputs.

2. Third-Party Certification Support :

• Assist the Class and Certification Leader in managing interactions with classification societies and notified bodies.
• Track and follow up on certification deliverables, inspection schedules, and hold points.
• Maintain up-to-date records of certification status and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of certification processes and tools.

Competences Exigees :

To carry out this service, the Holder must bring the skills described below :

• Experience in class, certification, or regulatory compliance for offshore field.
• Familiarity with Green Passport requirements, IHM, or experience working with class societies (e.g., BV, DNV) will be a strong asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in document control systems and certification tracking tools.
• Good level of English is mandatory.

Geographical Location :

To access input data and facilitate exchanges with in-depth project knowledge, the service will be carried out within the integrated team at Saipem SA offices (including BOSIET (OPITO certified) MFC at the expense of the service provider and mandatory at the start of the mission).
