Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

Within the Transversal Projects team of the IT Global Market & Risks department, you will join a team of several members. Your role involves facilitating the management of studies and cross-functional projects, coordinating and managing projects involving multiple IT GMR teams, and supporting the implementation of the «Scale UP / Strategic plan of the IT department» within IT GMR. This includes structuring projects, managing progress, and carrying out change management actions to integrate new practices and working methods.

Daily Tasks include:

• Managing cross-functional business projects, structuring them, defining governance, monitoring progress, and leading project and steering committees;
• Ensuring project methodology adherence by defining and implementing the TEMPO methodology within IT GMR, acting as a relay between IT GMR teams and the central IT BMDT team;
• Participating in defining the deployment roadmap for this methodology, monitoring its implementation and adoption by IT GMR project managers;
• Raising awareness and training teams in new working methods, animating a community of change agents, and promoting new ways of working across IT GMR teams;
• Supervising changes due to new work practices, adapting procedures, and ensuring compliance with standards through a control system.
