Project Leader Projets Transverses IT Global Markets & Risks

You join the CIO CIB Global Market IT & Chain Transversal Projects team as project leader. Our mission is to facilitate cross-functional studies and projects, as well as to support the IT industrialisation programme of the CIO CIB & Risks strategic plan within the IT GMR team. We structure projects, manage their progress and lead change management actions to effectively integrate new practices and working methods throughout the department.

Your day-to-day tasks are :

• Conduct strategic and feasibility studies for IT Global Market & Risks;
• Participate in the implementation of the CIO strategy CIB & Risks within IT Global Market & Risks;
• Lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects, leading the associated governance;
• Define and support the adoption of new procedures and working methods, while formalizing the relevant documentation;
• Raise awareness and train teams on new practices, while overseeing the deployment and compliance with post-implementation standards.

You work closely with the teams in charge of the transformation of the CIO entity CIB & Risks as well as all the teams of the IT department Global Markets & Risks and our various partners within the business lines and support functions.

The position is based in Paris and at our company it’s 10 days of telework per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or the corporate concierge. Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a higher education, you have significant experience in strategic project management in IT environments.

You are proficient in :

• The definition and implementation of standards and working methods;
• Change management actions and control the process;
• The IT tools of the Global Markets chain.

You are :

• Excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability and an ability to mobilize and federate teams;
• Able to synthesize, structure, organize, coordinate and lead projects;
• Curious and able to manage, understand and develop transversal topics and projects.

You have a command of English at level B2.
