To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Project Leader (H/F), specialized in application projects. This position will be located in Lestrem.
You will be responsible for :
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating projects within the Digital Organization, with accountability for delivering expected value and meeting project objectives related to Planning, Cost, Quality, Scope, Benefits, and Risks.
He/she acts as a transversal pivot between the client (internal or external) and stakeholders, sharing responsibility for providing solutions and ensuring project success.
Your personality and talents will make the difference by:
Pre-project activities
The Project Manager assists the BRM in identifying opportunities and, with the engagement leader, conducting feasibility studies.
He/she is responsible for project scoping.
Project activities
The Project Manager guarantees adherence to the project plan and objectives to ensure delivery to the customer. He/she represents the BRM and engagement leader to maintain customer satisfaction and is the primary contact during project execution.
Leads each phase of the build, deploying the project management process.
Mastering project communication
The Project Manager is responsible for project reporting (planning, budget, workload, delivery, quality, benefits) with support from the PMO. He/she represents the project in management committees.
General activities
The Project Manager ensures compliance with the project methodology and promotes best practices within his/her scope. He/she actively contributes to process and continuous improvement in collaboration with Digital Excellence.
What we love about you?
You have strong expertise in IT and software project/program management, with certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 considered a plus. You are proficient in both agile and waterfall methodologies, portfolio management, and demonstrate strong leadership and management skills. You are flexible in managing projects in different modes.
You can understand business needs, formalize requirements, and map project interactions. You possess a good knowledge of IT architecture, interfaces, SAP modules, and Roquette’s business processes.
You are aware of key digital concepts relevant to the topics addressed.
