Main missions :
- Managing collaboration between internal teams through weekly meetings, action follow-up, and planning.
- Participating in relevant RPOs within the perimeter.
- Establishing product/process trial orientations and prioritizations at the project level; supporting their execution through team coordination.
- Supporting the quality derogation process for internal and customer topics.
- Coordinating with experts and technical teams in task forces and problem-solving efforts.
- Promoting best practices for Safety and HSE within the perimeter.
- Ensuring technical convergence and QCDP assessment within the perimeter.
- Contributing actively to design/process convergence supporting Project Technical Leaders.
- Participating in change processes via the Engineering Change Request procedure after GO for Resolution.
- Leading task forces and problem resolution with expert support once the problem is defined.
- Animating the convergence of main technical team deliverables: PDS/PTS, BOM/BOP, PFMEA/DFMEA, design reviews.
- Managing quality derogations and their initiation; supporting engineering and purchasing in supplier management.
- Gathering sourcing input information from technical teams.
- Leading bi-monthly 'Supplier One Voice' meetings with relevant functions.
- Participating in supplier selection meetings and supporting specifications convergence on supplied parts.
- Representing R&D interests in supplier choice meetings.
Skills requirements :
- Strong knowledge in the technical perimeter covered.
- Basic understanding of materials and electro-chemistry for Li-ion batteries.
- Ability to lead concurrent technical tasks and projects.
- Technical project leadership skills.
- Ability to escalate and report issues effectively.
- Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical product development with direct customer interaction.
- Master's degree or equivalent in chemistry, mechanical engineering, or general engineering.
- Fluent in technical English, both written and spoken.
