Job summary

ADEO Services offers a 6-month internship for a Marketplace Customer Support Project Leader, based in Lille (Ronchin) or Paris (Gare du Nord). You will support the marketplace strategy, mediate disputes, and streamline customer service processes in a dynamic, international setting.

You will work under the Marketplace Customer Experience Manager, balancing hands-on operations with process improvement projects and data-driven tracking. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree student in project management, operations, or customer relations.
• Proficiency in Excel (complex files, macros) and Zendesk.
• Strong interest in AI tools (Gemini) and process automation.
• Fluent French and English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex disputes between customers, Business Units, and partner sellers (e.g., applying refunds within 7 days for non-compliance).
• Serve as central mediator to align internal teams, group brands, and marketplace sellers.
• Map existing support workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Design workflow automations using Gemini, Zendesk, Excel, and ticketing tools.
• Track key support metrics and produce regular dashboards.

The Omnicommerce department's mission is to deliver the best omni-channel experience to customers. To achieve this, our teams work closely with Digital and Data teams to develop optimal digital solutions tailored to the needs of our customers and employees.

As a Marketplace Customer Support Project Leader, you will join a team at the heart of ADEO's Marketplace strategy. In a context of accelerating customer experience, your role is to streamline customer support, mediate issues, and optimize our operational processes.

Reporting to the Marketplace Customer Experience Manager, you will balance direct operational management and process improvement projects:

• Handle complex disputes between customers, Business Units, and partner sellers (e.g. applying refunds within 7 days in case of non-compliance with terms and conditions).
• Serve as central mediator to align internal teams, group brands, and marketplace sellers.
• Map existing support workflows and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Design workflow automations (using Gemini, Zendesk, Excel, and ticketing tools) to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Track key support metrics (resolution time, escalation rate) and produce regular tracking dashboards.

Experience & background:

Master's or Bachelor's degree student (University, Business School, or Engineering School) specializing in project management, operations, or customer relations.

• Proficiency in Excel (complex files, macros) and ticketing tools such as Zendesk.
• Strong appetite for AI tools (Gemini) and process automation.
• Fluent French required.
• Fluent English essential for working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of a third European language used on our marketplace is a plus.

Softskills:

• Ability to solve complex problems with a structured approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy to negotiate calmly with varied stakeholders.
• Autonomy in managing daily priorities.
