The ideal candidate has 7-12 years of consulting experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills in both French and English. BCG values teamwork and ethical practices in a rights-respecting environment.

Travel is expected as necessary based on project needs.

What You'll Do

As a Project Leader, you will have the responsibility for the delivery of consulting projects, leading BCG project teams to enable them to find the right approach, motivate them to deliver on time and to achieve long-term impact for our clients. You will drive the majority of the project related client interactions ensuring a constructive collaboration with our clients. Occasionally, you will also lead projects outside your project area as well.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
• Actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationship
• Leading senior client presentations and meetings
• Providing apprenticeship and coaching to associates and consultants to help develop their consulting skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow
  
  

Joining BCG's consulting team within our Paris Consumer/Retail center you will be at the heart of innovation and changes ongoing today to achieve fundamental impact for our clients.

You will significantly contribute to the practice's ambitious growth target.

You will be based in France. Travel is expected and will vary based on project needs.

What You'll Bring

You Ideally Have

• 7-12 years of work experience in a top-level consulting firm working with Retailers and have significant and proven results
• Convincing track record in a project leadership related to key Consumer topic areas with proven results and significant client impact
• Problem solving skills - hypothesis-driven approach and advanced quantitative analysis skills
• Have experience actively managing multiple clients and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
• Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
• Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
