Project Implementation Manager / Program Manager-CONTRACT

?? Location: Paris, KY | Schedule: M–F 8:00am–4:30pm

?? Contract Duration: ~11 Weeks (06/16/2025 – 08/31/2025)

?? Pay Rate: $45– $48/hour (W2)

• What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.

• Lead project planning, progress tracking, and risk mitigation efforts.

• Monitor project performance and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

• Facilitate team meetings, tollgate reviews, and milestone meetings.

• Provide clear updates and escalate challenges to senior management as needed.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.

• Familiarity with regulated environments, including cGMP, ISO, and FDA requirements.

• Experience managing complex projects in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or IT system implementation.

• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, including gated project/program management.

• Comfort navigating a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional teams.
