Job Description:

The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for:

• Defining and overseeing the detailed design of process technology and infrastructure for the Carbon Capture facility, including gas pretreatment and water treatment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Ensuring technical consistency in decisions and activities within the engineering project team.
• Managing relationships with the Engineering Contractor, Owner Engineer, and Technology Provider.

Responsibilities encompass technical knowledge, subcontract management, team management, and reporting.

Profile

• Experience in Chemical and/or Oil & Gas project engineering phases (Basis engineering, FEED, Detailed Engineering, gate review, technical risk analysis).
• Understanding of industrial processes related to carbon capture and cement fabrication.
• 10-15 years of experience in an engineering company, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Willingness to work on the client/owner side and manage engineering subcontractors.
