Amazon seeks an experienced, hands-on Project Engineering Manager to drive innovation and expansion in the AMZL network across FRA and Europe. You will lead complex deployment projects, including new launches, automated solutions, and MHE re-layouts, coordinating cross-functional teams and budgets.

Based in France, you will own the full project lifecycle from concept to handover, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and travel up to 30-50% as required to ensure timely deployments and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Travel up to 30-50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Managing complex deployment projects for AMZL in FRA/EU.
• Own a program or portfolio of launches/retrofits of tech including Automation and MHE.
• Lead full lifecycle from concept and budgeting to handover to stakeholders.
• Manage resource allocation, capex and timelines aligned to business needs.
• Interact with senior management to provide trade-off solutions.
