Amazon seeks an experienced, hands-on Project Engineering Manager to drive innovation and expansion in the AMZL network across FRA and Europe. You will lead complex deployment projects, including new launches, automated solutions, and MHE re-layouts, coordinating cross-functional teams and budgets.
Based in France, you will own the full project lifecycle from concept to handover, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and travel up to 30-50% as required to ensure timely deployments and value

Amazon is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Project Engineering Manager that can drive innovation, standardization and expansion in the Amazon logistics (AMZL) network.
As a member of the Field Engineering team you will be responsible for managing a broad range of exciting deployment projects including new launches, Automated solutions, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) re-layouts and other building retrofit improvements.
You will plan and manage execution of engineering projects in AMZL delivery stations primarily across FRA or EU if required. Your day could include cross-functional engagement within the organization to agree program strategy, attend the site to monitor deployment progresses, plan and manage resources to execute activities according to business goals, enable efficient mechanisms to handover to customers. You will make strategic decisions on behalf of the business and see the outcome come to fruition through coordination of stakeholders, both internal and third party, and finally celebrating in the successful launch of the project… Day One for all of us!
