Amazon is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive deployment projects in FRA and across the EU. You will manage launches, retrofits, and automated solutions in AMZL delivery stations, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, program management, and a customer-centric approach, with travel and collaboration across multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with Material handling equipment (MHE).
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Responsabilités

• Managing highly complex concurrent projects related to deployment of engineering solutions in delivery stations of FRA AMZL network.
• Owning a program or portfolio of projects related to launches or retrofits of different technology types including Automation, MHE or other building improvement projects.
• Leading the whole project/program lifecycle from concept and budgeting creation to handover at completion to relevant stakeholders.
• Handling independently or with minimal guidance different tactical phases of the projects/program, including constraints related to resource allocation, capex and timelines.
• Interacting with Senior level management across functions to provide trade-off solutions.
• Identifying inefficiencies of processes or standards within the allocated country or at European level and leading improvements.
