Key responsibilities:

  1. Work within project teams to prioritize Safety and efficiency in delivery.
  2. Support the full spectrum of Altrad's delivery including HSE, Quality, and Commercial outputs for assigned contracts.
  3. Assist Project Managers with scopes related to Scaffolding, Coatings, and Insulation.
  4. Support project commercial activities and ensure financial performance of assigned projects.

Safety

  1. Promote a safety culture within assigned projects.
  2. Understand and adhere to company safety policies, maintaining the highest safety standards.
  3. Review and plan scopes to ensure compliance with safety and legislative requirements.
  4. Encourage safe working practices through implementation of HSEQ plans, campaigns, meetings, and briefings.
  5. Ensure equipment and practices comply with safety standards.
  6. Identify and assess hazards, implementing risk mitigation measures.
  7. Close out corrective actions from incidents and audits promptly.

Client

  1. Engage with clients effectively during projects.
  2. Maintain client focus throughout project phases.
  3. Develop operational plans aligned with client requirements.
  4. Ensure delivery of all client expectations.
  5. Respond promptly to client inquiries and demands.
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Commercial

  1. Monitor contract budgets and costs.
  2. Optimize human resource performance to meet targets.
  3. Support negotiations on contract variations and changes with commercial implications.

Operations Support

  1. Manage allocated tasks and support project planning.
  2. Review upcoming scopes with site teams to ensure readiness.
  3. Communicate project goals and uphold high standards of workmanship.
  4. Manage activities of subcontractors effectively.
  5. Provide technical support across disciplines for offshore and onshore teams.
  6. Participate in contract kick-off and review meetings.

Logistics Personnel and Training

  1. Coordinate with HR for personnel recruitment, induction, and deployment.
  2. Conduct appraisals in line with company policies.
  3. Attend required training and safety courses.
  4. Monitor and control project-specific training.
  5. Ensure client logistics requirements are fully met.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing work scopes and planning activities.
  • Good knowledge of core disciplines such as scaffolding, painting, insulation, passive fire protection, and Rope Access Techniques.
  • Understanding of specialist disciplines like Cleaning, Rigging, and Lifting.
  • APM Qualification preferred.
  • Experience supporting Client Support Teams, Internal Stakeholders, Project Managers, and Engineers.
