WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Job Description

• Propose and implement the strategy defined by the project manager.
• Guarantee the application of QHSE rules in your area.
• Contribute to the definition of objectives and baseline values.
• Be responsible for costs (margin objectives), quality, lead times, and technical performance of your area.
• Manage external stakeholders (client, consulting engineer, partners, and subcontractors) with delegated autonomy.
• Contribute to contract management.
• Understand each team member's role and responsibilities within the project.
• Lead the work package or team of approximately 4 people.
• Manage internal stakeholders (subsidiary managers: engineering, procurement, etc.) and alert superiors when necessary.
• Identify and conclude opportunities.
• Identify and manage risks in your area.
• Issue reports on your area of responsibility.
• Contribute to the REX.

Qualifications Needed

Engineer or equivalent. Experience in conducting DB projects. Expected skills include...
