The Project Director is accountable for delivering assigned projects on quality, cost, time and HSE.

CTS Europe France is a small team backed by CTS Group, a 2,500-person organisation with almost ten years of data center delivery. The day-to-day feel is close to a start-up – short decision lines, broad scope, processes being built – but with the accountability of a subsidiary: existing clients and partners, Group standards and accounts to give back to the Group.

Project Set-up and Close-Out
  • Direct timely, quality and cost-efficient set-up, with meeting, reporting and scheduling routines in place from day one.
  • Link set-up to close-out: quality processes, issue resolution and snagging aligned with cost, scope and programme.
  • Drive efficient close-out, including OPR, lifting of reservations, DOE and handover.
HSE and Quality
  • Monitor health & safety processes, culture and behaviours; ensure compliance with the CTS Safety Management System and French regulations; personally attend any serious incident.
  • Work closely with the CSPS coordinator and the bureau de contrôle.
Reporting and Risk Management
  • Report to CTS Europe France and the Group, identifying and addressing potential problem areas.
  • Manage programme, change and financial reporting to avoid commercial and relationship risks.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, their professional teams and the supply chain.
People Management
  • Manage project teams in line with CTS values; give regular feedback and address performance issues promptly with HR.
  • Contribute to annual and professional reviews (entretiens annuels / professionnels).
HSE Leadership
  • Respects the processes and practices of CTS EUROPE FRANCE.
  • Applies the CTS EUROPE FRANCE HSE policy and, more generally, French labour law (Code du travail).

  • Strong planning, cost control and reporting skills.
Experience Requirements
  • 5–8 years leading major, fast-paced projects with significant turnover.
