• Control and manage projects through to completion.
• Engage in commercial and technical discussions with potential clients.
• Overall project management.
• Lead acquisition for new customers and drive business growth through business development.
• Integrate technical expertise with sales strategies.
• Travel to project sites worldwide.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Located in Zurich (Remote working a possibility)
• Deep technical understanding and experience of aluminium electrolysis.
• 10+ years’ experience in relevant roles across a variety of departments in an aluminium smelter.
• Commercial experience, negotiations and sales.
• Strong project management experience and skillset.
• Proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to engage in commercial and technical discussions, and present to industry audiences.
• Drive and adoption of innovative products.
• Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering.
