Qingdao New Global School, XMandarin Chinese Language Centre provides a wide variety of courses for international students who are going to learn Mandarin Chinese during their Qingdao residence. Our Mandarin programs are offered all year round and customized to meet each student’s needs: survival, business, travel, daily life, education, and so on. In the past years, more than 1000 students from all over the world have registered for Chinese courses with us, enjoying the time with our professional teachers and friendly staff while putting into practice the language they learned. You will be working in an environment with both foreign students and mainland Chinese people who can all speak English. You will also have the possibility to take Mandarin classes free of charge and join events organized every month.

To assist in the development of the Europe/international internship market and Chinese language education-related businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote the XMandarin Internship project
2. Follow and track the status of running applications on the websites/social media where XMandarin advertises.
3. Maintain partnerships and potential interns.
4. Develop the internal process on the XMandarin side regarding the internship process.
5. Assist the manager of the XMandarin internship industry by developing necessary tools.

Applicators’ Requirements:

1. Excellent English skills are a must; other European language skills are an advantage. Be proficient in communicating with foreign clients.
2. Related majors: International Marketing/Business, HR Management/Development, BBA Undergraduate students.
3. Effective interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
4. Pleasant, creative, enthusiastic, self-driven, well-planned, and a good team player.
5. A quick learner who is dedicated to work, able to work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines.
6. Good knowledge of major social media; great video shooting and editing skills are a plus!

Benefits:

Accommodation allowance of 1500 CNY/month + bonus; free Chinese language courses.
