Job Description:

ASTRELYA, an IT consulting and expertise group founded in 2017 with offices in France (Paris and regions) and Switzerland (Geneva), is seeking an experienced IAM professional to strengthen the IAM skills team for a client in the transportation sector. The role involves technical expertise in IT Production Tools, supporting level 3 support, providing advice, and assisting production teams with user requests. The candidate must be fluent in English.

Technical solutions involved include OKTA and custom Java development. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing first-level support to users, handling incident reports, problems, and escalations that cannot be resolved at lower levels.
2. Creating technical documentation to improve administrative actions.
3. Implementing active training and certification policies (technical, business, leadership).

Remote work is available at 50%. All positions are open to individuals with disabilities.
