We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator Intern in our Paris office. The duration of the internship is 6 months.

What you will be doing:
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will be supporting the client-facing team to deliver white glove service to a portfolio of premium and luxury brands.

Responsibilities:
The duties will involve assisting the Customer Success Managers with various aspects of day-to-day operations:

  • Project Management: internal briefs, presentation preparations, invoicing, coordination with other internal teams
  • Support to the regional VP on transversal tasks: consolidation of data for the market, key business trackers
  • Learning experience: possibility to shadow Customer Success team members in their client meetings, participation in all internal calls where the teams are being trained on new services and methodologies

Requirements:
This role requires interest in the retail/luxury industry and customer experience as well as the ability to work mostly on administration, coordination, and problem-solving tasks.
