Un leader dans le secteur de l'ingénierie recherche un Coordinateur de Projet pour superviser les projets en respectant les délais et les budgets. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en gestion de projet, ainsi qu'un excellent leadership et des compétences en communication. Ce rôle clé implique la liaison entre clients et équipes internes et nécessite une maîtrise des trois langues pour la communication avec des parties prenantes diversifiées.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de coordination de projet d'au moins 6 ans.
  • Diplôme de Master en business requis.
  • Maîtrise du français, anglais et allemand.

The Project Coordinator ensures that projects are completed on time and respect all milestones.

Here are some key missions and responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  1. Project Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Project Description: Providing stakeholders with a comprehensive project summary (scope of services, footprint, timelines, client relationship, client strategy, competition, risk assessment, contractual aspects, etc.).
  3. Proceeding with the Go/No Go Process: Evaluating project viability with stakeholders based on strategic goals, resource availability, risk assessments, etc.
  4. Planning and Organizing: Developing detailed project plans, defining timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring follow-up on actions.
  5. Team Coordination: Managing and coordinating the efforts of the project team to ensure alignment and timely achievement of goals.
  6. Budget Management: Overseeing the project budget shared by SPIE subsidiaries, integrating assumptions and caveats, and ensuring alignment across countries.
  7. Communication: Acting as a facilitator among clients, business and operational teams, and legal department to ensure clear communication.
  8. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  9. Monitoring Progress: Tracking project progression, ensuring milestones are met, and adjusting plans as necessary.
  10. Presentation & Documentation: Preparing project presentations and documentation as per client specifications.
  11. Client Meetings: Managing SPIE stakeholders' technical and financial offer reviews.
  12. Contracts Negotiation: Ensuring compliance with legal guidelines for customer contracts.

Educational Background:

  • Master’s degree in business
  • At least 6 years of previous project coordination experience

Languages:

  • Fluent in French, English, and German

  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Time Management: Creating detailed plans, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple requests efficiently.
