Ideal Candidate: A self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of a project.

Primary Work Location: Paris, Texas

Primary Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (extended hours may be required depending on demand)

Starting Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually (negotiable based on experience)

Role Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers, sales, and estimating teams to ensure successful and profitable project completion.
• Collaborate with estimators during the bid process to provide input and familiarize with project details.
• Participate in prototype and design reviews as needed.
• Identify critical schedule milestones and develop plans to meet them.
• Set and manage customer expectations regarding quality and schedule, revising as circumstances change.
