PROJECT COORDINATOR

FKP Scorpio is one of Europe’s leading live music and entertainment companies. With offices in 10 territories, we work with both world-renowned headline acts and exciting up-and-coming talent. Our dedicated promoters work with artists across all music genres, booking performances in a wide range of venues—from intimate clubs and theatres to large-scale arenas and stadiums.

We are looking for a friendly, hard-working, and passionate individual to join our newly established International Touring Department. In this exciting role, you will provide administrative support to the department and international promoter teams. In addition to internal responsibilities, you will also interact with external stakeholders such as agents, managers, and tour managers.

This role will be based in one of our international offices across Europe. This is a full-time position and all terms of employment including benefits will be in accordance with local regulations and employers’ office.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Inputting and maintaining tour schedules & documents with high attention to detail
· Scheduling meetings and updating calendars for department heads
· Booking hotels, travel and other events for department heads
· Produce, collate & distribute relevant paperwork to internal and external parties
· Coordinate marketing, on-sale & pre-sales for events. Collation and distribution sales reports to internal and external parties
· Developing relationships with internal and external parties
· Arranging meetings (in-person and online)
· Attending concerts as required, there will be work in the evenings out of normal office hours

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
· Similar experience at an agency/promoter/venue is preferred
· General understanding of the live music industry. A background in international touring is preferred but not essential
· English language, both verbal and written is required
· Experience with full suite of office programs (Excel, Word, Teams etc)
· Excellent organisational skills
· Ability to prioritise a busy workload
· Approachable and friendly individual who can work calmly under pressure
· There may be some requirement to travel internationally with the role
