You’ll be the go-to person who makes sure projects run smoothly: keeping consultants organised, timelines clear, and deliverables on track. It’s a hands‑on, detail‑driven role where precision and communication make all the difference.

What you’ll actually be doing

Your work sits at the intersection of structure, problem-solving, and collaboration.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Build and maintain project timelines and task boards in Asana or Notion
  • Join client calls to capture key actions and follow up with stakeholders
  • Support consultants with research and presentation materials
  • Track budgets, KPIs, and progress reporting
  • Coordinate workshops, status updates, and team stand‑ups across multiple time zones

You’ll work closely with project managers, analysts, and client partners to make sure things run smoothly.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who enjoys structure, thrives in fast‑moving projects, and communicates clearly.

You might have worked in consulting, project coordination, or operations before — or have strong transferable skills in managing information, deadlines, and people.

You’ll do well here if you:
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting support, or PMO work
  • Communicate clearly in English — structured, friendly, and to the point
  • Enjoy the satisfaction of keeping things in order
  • Can prioritise and take initiative when teams get busy

Experience in transformation, digitalisation, or process improvement projects is a plus.
