This strategic role encompasses an international scope, covering our group wide operations across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
As a department Head, the Head of Compensation & Benefits will more broadly work with the larger HR Division on maturing our organization and offering best-in-class compensation & benefits policies and programs in line with the premium positioning of L-Acoustics.
Compensation & Benefits Strategy & Process :
- Evaluate and refine existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement new compensation and benefits initiatives including but not limited to :
- Deploying Short-Term Incentives (STI) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI).
- Overhauling the global benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation across all programs, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve related issues.
- Support the HR team in recruitment and talent management activities with benchmark data.
- Ensure precise compensation, including salaries, bonuses, pensions, and additional employee benefits.
Controlling :
- Design and deliver HR metrics with a focus on compensation data.
- Consolidate and enhance the reliability of global compensation data.
- Contribute to mandatory social reporting.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and availability of HR data, integrating it within systems.
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs and dashboards, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on process digitalization with WORKDAY & DYNAMICS analysts and the payroll integrator.
Payroll Management :
- Oversee global payroll processes, ensuring deadlines, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge to respond to and comply with audits.
- Act as the primary liaison with the payroll system integrator.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to design and customize data integration in the HRIS solution (WORKDAY).
- Drive the consolidation process for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and branch agreements, advising management on necessary actions.
- Supervise the payroll team (internal & external) related to compensation and benefits activities.
- Prepare budgets, reports, and presentations.

Experience, skills & educational background :
- Master’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager or in a related role.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
