NES Fircroft in France is seeking a Change Manager to oversee the Management of Change (MOC) lifecycle within the Project Engineering portfolio. You will own the end-to-end process from identification to formal closure, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Working in a matrix, you will coordinate Engineering, Quality, Logistics and other project functions, report progress to Project Engineers, and drive timely action closure while maintaining international stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Change Management within engineering, industrial, or project environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
  • Experience tracking action plans, risks and project modifications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Professional English required; experience in international EMEA environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

Description du poste

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Headquarters, Charenton-le-Pont (94220), France

Travel: One business trip per month across Europe

Equipment Fee: €5/day for laptop provision

Mission Overview

Within the Project Engineering department, strict control and management of modifications are critical to the success and compliance of projects.

The Change Manager will work across the entire EMEA project portfolio. Acting as the key coordinator of the change management process, the consultant will ensure the smooth execution, traceability, and compliance of all project modifications. Within this matrix organization, the contractor will report functionally to the Project Engineer assigned to each project.

Main Objective

The primary objective of this assignment is to manage and secure the entire lifecycle of Management of Change (MOC) requests through the client’s internal tool, taking ownership from the initial identification of a change through to its formal closure.

Key Responsibilities

MOC Process Management

  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of all MOC requests within the dedicated internal tool.
  • Ensure full traceability, compliance, and adherence to internal change management procedures.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Engage and coordinate all relevant stakeholders, including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other project functions.
  • Facilitate impact assessments and support decision-making related to proposed changes.

Action Plan Tracking

  • Monitor the implementation of action plans associated with each modification.
  • Ensure responsible parties complete assigned actions within agreed timelines.

Closure & Compliance

  • Verify that all required actions have been completed.
  • Execute the official and documented closure of MOCs within the system.

Project Reporting

  • Provide regular status updates and visibility on MOC progress.
  • Communicate risks, issues, and key milestones to Project Engineers and project teams.
Required Profile
  • Proven experience in Change Management (Management of Change / MOC) within an engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or project-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
  • Experience tracking action plans, risks, and project modifications.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Professional English required; experience in an international EMEA environment is highly desirable.
