Une entreprise leader dans le secteur automobile recherche un Responsable Approvisionnement pour soutenir la coordination entre les équipes techniques et les fournisseurs. En charge de la négociation des contrats et de la gestion des relations fournisseurs, ce poste requiert un diplôme de Master et une expérience de 3 à 5 ans. Le candidat devra posséder des compétences en négociation et une connaissance des technologies automobiles.
1. Scope
The role supports coordination between the Purchasing function and Project teams (engineering / manufacturing / supply chain) for the development and serial production of vehicles. This includes responsibility for a dedicated perimeter, supporting the purchasing team during supplier selection, managing suppliers, coordinating multidisciplinary teams during project development, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with contracts.
2. Activities
• Conduct supplier kick-off meetings after supplier award confirmation
• Negotiate potential volume increases and capacity modifications during development
• Control and negotiate the impact of changes during development, focusing on economic negotiations and timing
• Finalize and release the Start of Production price, including project change notices
• Detect troubled suppliers and potential shortages, and coordinate with stakeholders for escalation
• Support Supplier Quality teams to meet capacity and quality convergence targets
• Lead summary meetings with suppliers and key internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage negotiations
3. Main Deliverables
• Achieve Total Production Cost Targets
• Negotiate quality, cost, technical performance terms, and engineering changes
• Ensure the Supplier Tool Kick-off is completed
• Open or secure orders at the appropriate time
• Meet final price targets according to project needs
• Monitor prices and supplier capacities during development phase

Required knowledge:
• English language proficiency (C1 level)
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
