Qualifications

  • 5+ années d'expérience dans les achats, de préférence dans l'industrie automobile.
  • Connaissance des normes automobiles (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
  • Anglais courant exigé.

Are you a purchasing expert with a knack for managing supplier relationships and driving cost-effective solutions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Your Role:

As a Project Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to support key automotive projects from conception to production. You will work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) and external suppliers to ensure project success, cost efficiency, and supply chain stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and optimal quality.
  • Project Management: Align purchasing strategies with project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of components.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, production, and quality teams to align purchasing strategies with technical and operational requirements.
  • Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies and industry standards.

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in project-based purchasing and supplier negotiations.
  • Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in French, with proficiency in English mandatory.
