Alta Ares is seeking a Project Manager – Programmes to coordinate customer programmes from planning to deployment, bridging engineering, product, business development and operations in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

You will manage milestones, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure field readiness and successful demonstrations across Europe. English fluency is mandatory; French is a plus; travel across Europe and NATO countries is expected.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, product, consulting, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Interest in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technologies.

Responsabilités

Coordinate customer programmes and track key milestones, deliverables, and risks across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams.
Coordinate technical and commercial partners involved in programme delivery.
Collect customer feedback and translate operational needs into product improvements and roadmap discussions.
Coordinate field trials, demonstrations, and operational deployments with technical teams.
