Alta Ares is seeking a Project Manager – Programmes to coordinate customer programmes from planning to deployment, bridging engineering, product, business development and operations in a fast-paced defense technology environment.

You will manage milestones, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure field readiness and successful demonstrations across Europe. English fluency is mandatory; French is a plus; travel across Europe and NATO countries is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, product, consulting, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technologies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer programmes and track key milestones, deliverables, and risks across engineering, product, operations and commercial teams.
• Coordinate technical and commercial partners involved in programme delivery.
• Collect customer feedback and translate operational needs into product improvements and roadmap discussions.
• Coordinate field trials, demonstrations, and operational deployments with technical teams.
