Alta Ares, a European defense AI company, seeks a Project Manager – Programmes to coordinate customer programmes from planning to deployment. You will work across engineering, product, business development, and operations to keep projects on track and field activities running smoothly.

The role offers exposure to live exercises and demonstrations across Europe, with regular travel. You will translate customer needs into actionable plans, support product roadmap discussions, and help deliver

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, product, consulting, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technologies.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate customer programmes and track milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Ensure smooth execution across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Maintain project plans and communicate progress to customers and internally.
• Coordinate technical and commercial partners involved in programme delivery.
• Support customer relationships during deployments and demonstrations.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions and pre­sentations.
• Plan field trials, demonstrations, and operational deployments.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future programmes.
