Zeta Global is seeking a Senior AdOps Director & Team Lead, Programmatic to lead the Paris-based AdOps team and drive programmatic media growth for agency and enterprise clients. You will manage local operations, influence pricing in presales, and own top client relationships while guiding cross-border initiatives.

The role requires 8+ years in programmatic advertising, strong DSP expertise (DV360/Xandr/TTD/Yahoo), and fluency in French and English. Hybrid work model with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in programmatic advertising with leadership experience.
• Demonstrated presales involvement in pricing and proposals.
• Deep DSP knowledge across major platforms.
• Ability to build executive-level partnerships.
• Strong analytics with Excel and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent business writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Native French and fluent English required.
• Occasional travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the local AdOps team in Paris.
• Oversee tracking, ad serving, and optimization activities.
• Coordinate cross-border initiatives with Spain team.
• Play a key presales pricing role and support media plans.
• Partner with Sales and leadership on client pitches and RFPs.
• Own Tier 1 client relationships, reporting and insights.
• Drive campaign performance with KPI-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with Analytics for post-campaign reporting.
