YOUR ROLE

As a company, Edenred aims to protect the environment by reducing its carbon footprint, resource consumption, and waste. We design eco-services for mobility and food waste management and aim to achieve Net Zero Carbon by 2050.

Specifically in Mobility, our goal is to become the leading global platform for Greener B2B Mobility. A key part of this strategy is the “Move For Good” program, which you will oversee at the global level.

“Move For Good” is a global sustainability and business program that helps Edenred’s transport and mobility clients reduce their environmental impact and transition towards decarbonized mobility while promoting biodiversity preservation.

It is structured around 3 pillars:

1. Measuring and reducing emissions through switching to less carbon-intensive mobility options (electric or bioethanol vehicles, shared or soft mobility solutions) and promoting sustainable practices (eco-driving, fleet maintenance).
2. Offsetting remaining emissions via third-party certified projects, such as avoided deforestation or methane recovery.
3. Raising awareness among our community with access to knowledge, resources, and support for transitioning to Greener Mobility.

This program is already operational in some European and Latin American countries and is being deployed globally. Edenred seeks to accelerate its development and is hiring a new global Manager to lead this initiative.

This person will be responsible for:

• Defining the program’s ambition, strategy (including key initiatives), and business plan.
• Developing our global positioning and narratives for external stakeholders.
• Co-designing the program’s go-to-market strategy per country with local teams.
• Implementing the program, especially with Product & Tech teams, and sharing best practices across countries.
• Leading program evolution and driving innovation in collaboration with Product Teams.
• Enhancing carbon accounting for Edenred and its clients.

This role involves working with a broad ecosystem of internal stakeholders (ESG, Sustainability, local teams, Product & Tech, Strategy, Finance, Public Affairs, Legal, Communication, Marketing) and external stakeholders (clients, sustainability solution providers). The Manager will report to the Strategy & Development Director of Mobility.

YOUR PROFILE

Professional experience

• Required: Minimum 10 years in general management or program management roles within an international environment.
• Plus: Experience in carbon measurement, sustainable development, strategy consulting, or mobility industry (OEM, OilCo, EV).

Education: Master of Science, MBA, or equivalent.

Experience leading large digital, cultural, and business transformations.

Transverse management skills

• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into data-driven, actionable initiatives.
• Experience working with Product & Tech teams.
• Business planning and monitoring skills.
• Go-to-market, marketing, and sales expertise.
• Strong communication skills to engage and motivate internal and external audiences.
• Passion for carbon reduction and sustainable mobility.
• Understanding of carbon analytics and voluntary carbon markets.

Languages required: Fluent English; additional languages (French, Portuguese, German) are a plus.
