Aquent is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team in Clichy, on-site. Starting in November for a 12-month contract (3 + 9 months) with a salary of 46,500 € to 50,000 € per year.

Lead projects across Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction to optimize our client’s logistics network in the EU and drive growth. Strong emphasis on analysis, planning, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and lookups.
• Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience working across tech and non-tech teams.
• Proven program or project management experience.
• Ability to define requirements and drive improvements with metrics.

On behalf of our client, a GAFA, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Manager to join our Launch and Expansion team.

This role is crucial in driving our infrastructure projects and network strategy to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support sustainable growth in the region.

Projects will include partnering with Engineering, Finance, Design and Construction, and other stakeholders to help optimize the existing network of our client’s Logistics nodes in the EU to facilitate the organization’s growth plans, and other cross functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering & Infrastructure initiatives.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and infrastructure projects across an assigned region and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Plan and oversee upgrades to existing sites, including office spaces, optimization of the shop floor, and building infrastructure to facilitate fleet operation
• Collaborate with operations teams to set and raise performance standards at site level
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, real estate, design and construction and engineering, to ensure project success
• Develop comprehensive business cases and strategy documents with a goal to seek senior leadership approval, including director level executives

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience Defining And Executing Program Requirements
• English mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
