Job Opportunity: Program Manager (m/f/d)
Join our team and help make healthcare safer, better, and more reliable! We are seeking a Program Manager to work on a strategic project enhancing our hospital information system, ORBIS, for the Lower Austria Hospitals (NÖ Landeskliniken). This role can be based in Bonn, Vienna, Trier, Cologne, Graz, Hamburg, or fully remote.
Your responsibilities include:
- Requirement Analysis and Timeline Evaluation: Analyzing requirements and timelines for the project, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Organizing and facilitating meetings with product managers, UX specialists, customers, and end-users to refine requirements and foster collaboration.
- Initiative Moderation: Leading key initiatives within the product business unit to meet project goals.
- On-Site Workshops and Activities: Coordinating workshops with end-users and departments as requested.
- Sequential Delivery Plan: Defining and agreeing on phased approaches for the initial Go-Live, collaborating with the customer and delivery teams.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking development progress, creating requirements in collaboration with product management, and establishing dashboards for progress tracking.
- Communication and Status Meetings: Ensuring effective communication of project status and addressing any issues.
- Escalation Management: Serving as the point of contact for escalations and defining action plans.
- Pre-Go-Live Preparation: Communicating last-minute issues and organizing actions to secure Go-Live.
- Post-Go-Live Monitoring and Support: Monitoring post-launch situations and gathering feedback for ongoing support.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer sciences, software engineering, or business management.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical program management, preferably in software or healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of the full product development lifecycle and experience in software planning.
- Skills in evaluating product performance and resolving issues.
- Ability to stay updated with technical advancements.
- Proven leadership skills in project management.
- Strong analytical, independent, and goal-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German is mandatory; proficiency in English (minimum B2) is required.
