Job Summary:

The Program Manager oversees all aspects of the France ADAIR program, acting as the primary liaison with TAI customers and French business partners. They collaborate on program setup, contract scope, and are responsible for developing and implementing successful and profitable strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountable for Profit and Loss, service delivery, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main contact for the France ADAIR Program Management Office, DGA, DAE, and MEFR.
• Understand thoroughly the France ADAIR Contract, SOW, and Annexes.
• Represent Top Aces at France ADAIR PMO meetings and resolve any issues.
• Analyze program performance, propose, and execute improvements.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations on flight operations, scheduling, and compliance.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and technical support functions.
• Manage pilot qualifications and adherence to regulations.
• Support safety, quality systems, and future contract pursuits.
• Assist the Business Development team, especially regarding French growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated leadership.

Education and Work Experience:

• Fluent in French and English at a business level.
• Engineering or Business Degree preferred or 15 years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years in military flight and maintenance operations.
• Minimum 5 years in operational supervision within French Armed Forces or similar.
• At least 3 years as a program/project manager within the last decade.
• Knowledge of program management, flight operations, and aircraft maintenance.
• Understanding of DGA contractual requirements and regulations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions:

• Some travel may be required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct reports include various directors and managers in France, with responsibilities to be further defined during transition.

Occupational Health and Safety:

Managers are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, providing training, and ensuring safety compliance.

Security Clearance:

A secret security clearance per French law is mandatory; NATO Secret is the minimum requirement.
