Apple in Paris is seeking a proactive Program Management professional to drive the end-to-end Apple Champions lifecycle within the France/channel programs. You will collaborate with AEP Leads, Account Executives, and Champion communities, turning insights into action and delivering engaging content and events to boost sales readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, community management, or a related field
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with sales reps at all levels
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for building community and driving engagement
• Native French, outstanding English fluency
• Highly proficient with dashboard creation /reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, AI, Power BI, Excel/Numbers, or equivalent)

Responsabilités

• Drives engagement, building, nurturing, and retaining an active and motivated community.
• Effective Communication and Presenting , creating clear, engaging content and interacting effectively with Champion’s communities.
• Relationship and stakeholder management, developing strong relationships with champions, regional leads and internal teams.
• Content management, planning, creating, and managing digital content across community and platforms.
• Data analysis and KPI reporting, monitoring Champions’ community performance, measuring engagement with clear KPIs and goals.
