Rotortrade in France seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead helicopter maintenance, modification and completion programs from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate with customers, engineering, CAMO and suppliers to ensure safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence. The role requires 5 years in aviation or aerospace project management and fluency in French and English, with responsibilities spanning production, engineering and quality teams.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in aviation, helicopter maintenance or aerospace project management.
  • Knowledge of helicopter maintenance operations and EASA regulations (Part 145, Part 21).
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

  • Manage assigned helicopter maintenance, modification and completion programs from quotation acceptance through aircraft delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate activities between Production, Engineering, CAMO, Part 145, Part 21, Procurement and Quality teams.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules with milestones and delivery commitments.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans; monitor costs and support budget control.
  • Prepare project status reports and provide updates to management.

The Program Manager is responsible for managing helicopter maintenance, modification and completion programs from project initiation through delivery. Acting as the primary interface between customers, engineering, maintenance teams and suppliers, the Program Manager ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer relationship management and a solid understanding of helicopter maintenance regulations and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned helicopter maintenance and modification programs from quotation acceptance through aircraft delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate activities between Production, Engineering, CAMO, Part 145, Part 21, Procurement and Quality teams.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestones and delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project costs and support budget control.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial communications with customers.
  • Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure contractual requirements and customer expectations are met.
  • Support negotiation of technical solutions and schedule adjustments where required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with EASA regulations, company procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in aviation, helicopter maintenance or aerospace project management.
  • Knowledge of helicopter maintenance operations.
  • Good understanding of:
  • EASA Part 145
  • EASA Part 21
  • CAMO
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Aviation Management or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
