Responsibilities
  1. Present insights into and manage current clients' expectations; assist the sales team with business development activities.
  2. Monitor and analyze internal and external environments to evaluate strategy feasibility, progress, and identify opportunities and risks.
  3. Understand clients' operations and systems critically.
  4. Present solutions to clients.
  5. Visit clients on-site for proposals and requirements meetings.
  6. Participate in and facilitate ongoing client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
  7. Manage complex projects, working closely with stakeholders and customers at various levels, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  8. Oversee all aspects of projects, including understanding contracts, creating Statements of Work (SOW), and achieving project scope.
  9. Resolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive outcomes.
  10. Proactively manage changes in project scope with the Project Manager; identify crises and develop contingency plans.
  11. Ensure the development team is updated on project changes.
  12. Manage a team of project managers, responsible for overall delivery of each account.
  13. Maintain a positive, constant connection with clients.
Requirements
  • Results-driven, customer-focused, articulate, and analytical professional with strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading software solution design, business development, project transition from presales to delivery, and sales support, including development and rollout of new solutions.
  • Negotiation and consulting skills are advantageous.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Relevant experience as a Program and/or Engagement Manager, covering presales, account development, and software development lifecycle.
  • Previous project management experience focusing on implementation, integration of various software applications.
  • Experience managing remote/distributed teams and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing eCommerce and multi-technology projects.
  • University degree or college diploma in IT, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with web programming languages, technologies, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce and Sales Cloud is a plus.
