Pernod Ricard is seeking a Program Management Intern for a six-month internship starting January 2027, based at our Paris headquarters, The Island.

You will join a global digital transformation ERP program aimed at converging and standardising Finance, Purchasing, Sales & Customer Management, and Operations across the group.

You will gain governance, reporting, and tool-enablement experience while collaborating with diverse stakeholders, with a monthly gross stipend and company perks.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Master's program in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Interest in digital transformation, ERP/SAP programs, and project management.
• Proactive, organized, and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Jira, and PBI a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and follow-up of key program governance activities.
• Contribute to maintaining PMO assets, governance materials, and playbooks.
• Help ensure accurate program information across core tools and documents.
• Support program reporting by preparing dashboards, data extracts, and status updates.
• Contribute to strengthening team enablement processes for collaboration and resource integration.
• Support continuous improvement of program tools and ways of working.

You will be part of a global digital transformation program, a multi-year ERP project that aims to drive convergence,standardization, andharmonizationof Pernod Ricard’s four End-to-End processes:Finance,Purchasing, Sales & Customer Management, and Operations. This large-scale program engages multiple functions within the Group and brings together finance, operations, sales, technology, procurement, sustainability, and external partners.

Your key missions

• Support the preparation and follow-up of keyprogram governance activities, including presentations, reporting materials, action tracking, and coordination with PMO stakeholders
• Contribute tomaintainingkeyPMO assets and ways of working, including governance materials, team documentation, playbooks, and shared knowledge resources
• Help ensureaccurateand up-to-dateprogram informationacross core tools and documents, supporting effective communication and decision-making
• Supportprogram reporting activitiesby helping prepare dashboards, data extracts, status updates, and materials used forgovernance forums
• Contribute to strengtheningteam enablement processesto support efficient collaboration and resource integration across the program
• Support continuous improvement ofprogram tools and ways of working, with a focus on simplification, centralisation, usability, and adoption across teams
• Explore practical uses ofAI, Copilot, and automationto simplify recurring activities, improve efficiency, and support scalable ways of working across the program
• Promotecollaboration, consistency, and knowledge sharingwithin the program community

Yourprofile

• You are currently enrolled in aMaster’sprogram in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• You have a strong interest indigital transformation, ERP/SAP programs, and project management
• You are proactive, organised, and enjoycollaborating with diverse stakeholders
• You are fluent inEnglish; French and/or Spanish would be a plus
• You are proficient inExcel and PowerPoint; experience with agile or project management tools such asJira, PBIis a plus
• Youhave an interest intooling and continuous improvement, with a focus onmaking processes and tools simpler, clearer, and easier toadopt
• You are curious aboutAI and automation, with an appetite for using technology to simplify processes, optimise ways of working, and support scalable solutions
